Larry Quier brings over 30 years of experience to Paraclete Partners with a core focus on strategic planning, organizational design, cultural development and P&L management. Most recently Larry held various executive and board positions with Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group SpA. As CSO he restructured the strategic planning process to drive Vision, Focus and Engagement organization-wide, reversing trends and driving double digit YOY bottom line improvements. As Chief Global Strategist his responsibilities included strategic planning, investor relations, and organizational development for this 40+ company group. Larry led the IPO team to a successful listing on the Milan stock exchange, drove investor communication, organized the Group into 4 global business zones and placed key leaders.

Larry also held the dual role of COO, CFO of MZB-USA where he led all internal facings to include supply chain, commodities, finance, IT, and human resources. During this time, the company realized 200% top line growth and over 400% bottom line improvement while executing two acquisitions, a joint venture, and an equity investment which were successfully integrated into the North American business
.
Prior to MZB Larry was a divisional CFO with Sara Lee, most notably leading the divestiture process and carve out of a $300M consumer product division. Previously, Larry held various financial and leadership positions with Marriott Corporation, Campbell’s Soup, and Vlasic Foods International.

Nothing excites Larry more than growth - personal, organizational, and business. From coaching Pop Warner football to the C-Suite, Larry has been driven by the opportunity to improve. Over the last 12+ years, Larry has personally delivered the Vision, Focus, and Growth message to thousands.

Larry holds a MS, Financial Management from Johns Hopkins University, a BS, Accounting (Business Law) from Pennsylvania State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (np). He has held several board positions with companies in North America and Europe and currently serves on non-profit Board.
