Chuck Gosstrom

Chuck Gosstrom is a Supply Chain executive with a wide range of senior management experience. Having worked in both a large corporate environment, as well as privately owned companies.

His past responsibilities included leading Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Logistics, Purchasing (co-manufacturing and manufacturing materials), Engineering, Safety, Environmental and Advanced Planning and Scheduling. Additional responsibilities included leading the Contract Manufacturing sales channel, Board Member of a joint venture in Mexico, management team member since 1999, and developed/led the Company/Corporate S&OP Processes for the last two organizations.

He has amassed an extensive career for recognized brand leaders in the fast-moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sectors. Chuck also achieved positions of progressively increasing responsibility within Sara Lee Corp, (1989-2007). His last assignment was VP of Supply Chain for Foodservice, where he managed a $1.3 billion organization, that included all Coffee and Diversified Bakery production facilities and associated warehouses.

Chuck also served his country in the United States Army, as a Platoon Leader, Training Officer, Maintenance Officer, etc., eventually rising to the rank of captain.

Currently Chuck is providing value to clients in the areas of supply chain network optimization and manufacturing setup and efficiencies, including a recent new liquid coffee production plant in Indianapolis.

Because of his management positions within the civilian and military operational sectors, Chuck has developed specialties in Supply Chain Management and Optimization, as well as Cross-functional Team Leadership.
